It’s been around 110F here, and hotter in the garage. Needless to say, I didn’t make much progress today. But I did get the pipes off and go over the bike a bit more thoroughly.

The bike needs a new front and rear brake caliper and m/c, rear tire needs a new valve stem.

That’s about it for function.

Form… gotta figure out a way to mount my spiky seat that isn’t zip-ties. Get rid of ugly huge rear fender/blinkers/tail light, so gotta figure out a different taillight/plate holder. Different tank? Clip ons? Get rid of the instrument cluster. Yep.

The stock pipes are pretty nice…hoping to sell them to someone who is restoring, and put some $ towards some expansion chambers or brakes.
